Program Overview
Curriculum Overview
Our program is centered on an interactive, cohort-based learning experience over 28 weeks, to become a Certified Health and Wellness Coach. The program consists of:
Phase 1 – 10-Week Curriculum = 88 hours
Phase 2 – Practicum = 25 hours. Includes 50 thirty-minute coaching sessions for NBHWC (National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach) Exam Application and faculty feedback.
Phase 3 – Exam Study= 80-120 Hours

Toivoa Coaching offers scholarships for military, military spouses, first responders, health professionals, and teachers to become certified health and wellness coaches, including MyCAA-approved programs.

Training
