Our 28-Week Program
About the Toivoa Coaching Program
Phase 1: Coaching Curriculum = 10 weeks
Phase 2: Practicum (coaching practice with mentoring) = 10 weeks
Phase 3: NBHWC Exam Preparation Course = 8 weeks
Program Cost: $5,000
- We offer strong mentorship, community, and support to grow and develop your skills.
- Toivoa Coaching Academy is directly aligned with our partner
- Toivoa’s mission, and a core principle at Toivoa is to actively seek out and hire graduates from our own Coaching program who pass the NBHWC exam, recognizing their unique alignment with our values and methodology.
- Make a real difference by impacting the Nation’s Mental Health Crisis for Disabled & Military Communities.
- While direct mental health experience is preferred, it’s not required. We highly value candidates with strong backgrounds in education, health fields, or any role focused on connecting and serving people.
