Discover the driving force behind our commitment to transform mental health care.

As a board member of American Association of People with Disabilities, Board Chair of Toivoa Coaching Academy, Laura Randa witnessed firsthand how so many people with disabilities mental health was dramatically impacted due to their disability

During COVID, many people with disabilities sought therapy to handle elevated stress, depression and anxiety from the inability to read lips due to masks to a lack of access to care.

Frustrated with the lack of accessible resources, Laura left her career as a biopharma executive determined to revolutionize mental health treatment for people with disabilities by leveraging her expertise with product launches and building education and training programs. Laura has assembled a passionate team of experts in cognitive behavioral therapy, clinical psychology and coaching who designed a first-in-class National Board for Health and Wellness Coaching accredited program.  Our NBHWC program will provide trained coaches to close the mental health treatment gap for people with disabilities who are struggling with mental illness and provide employment opportunities in a growing career area-coaching!
